Who We Are:

Howdy pards, welcome to a page out of history with the Tioga County Cowboys. We are located in "O WE GO" as our Indian friends would put it. We started our band of cowboys/cowgirls, outlaws, soiled doves, townies, saddle bums, marshals and just about anyone else who wanted to join us in the spring of the year 2005. We are Cowboy Action Shooters, CAS.

We shoot single action revolvers, lever action rifles and side-by-side double-barreled, pre-1899 pump or lever action shotguns. The competition is staged in an "Old West" era and it is a timed event. It is not fast draw. There are usually five stages, three in the morning. We break for a home cooked meals made by members of the Tioga County Cowboys/Cowgirls. The cost won't scare ya none either at Just $5.00. Then we finish off the day with two more stages.

We are settling in with the Tioga County Sportsmen's Association, (sounds important, huh). Well, they are a fine group of folks also. We are all located on Carmichael Rd about a mile up the left from State Route 96.
